First upset of the season
Well, that didn't take long.
The early games of the first Saturday of the 2005 college football season have produced the first huge upset of the year. The TCU Hornfrogs went into Norman and defeated the Oklahoma Sooners 17-10. TCU was unranked while the Sooners were ranked as high as seventh in the land.
With the loss, the Sooners are now 0-2 in their last two games with losses to USC and TCU.
The loss was Bob Stoop's first loss in September as head coach of the Sooners.
