NCAA Says Katrina Transfer Student Athletes Must Still Sit Out A Year
That applies to Division I football, basketball, and hockey. Whether it's technically the right call or not, I can't imagine that this is going to do a lot for the NCAA from a PR perspective. I suspect they're going to end up regretting, and possibly even reversing, this decision.
