Boise State coach loves the Spanish?
Boise State coach Chris Petersen must be a fan of La Tomatina, the Spanish food fighting festival that features over 100 metric tons of tomatoes.
How else could you explain his answer when asked about the UCLA job?
"If I'm at your press conference four days from now, throw tomatoes at me," he added.
Apparently Petersen is not, never was, and does not ever care to be a candidate for the Bruins head coaching job.
So... we do or do not get to throw tomatoes? Don't you tease us, Chris Petersen.

Peterson's got a good little program there, and he can feast upon weak sister competition, and has only to get up for 2-3 games/season. Low risk, high reward...A lot like Notre Dame nowadays, and Penn State pre-Big 10...
No surprise to me he'd stay...

OK, Kev, this is weird. I just posted a comment on the Bowls thread. I got a message, in GERMAN (ja, Deutch), telling me the web-site could not be found. I closed Fanblogs, got completely out of it. Then, I re-opened the site. Not only was my comment posted, I'm still signed in.
Now, before anyone says anything, don't bother. I'm completely computer illiterate. (I'm certain it has something to do with my ability to comprehend Chemistry.) I just wanted to report what happened.
Tomcat, you're right, as usual. Never argue against something with a woman, when she's set her mind to it. Just this stubborn Ginzo trying to get one-up.

BTW Blue turf on a football feild is kinda like playing pool on a table with red felt. I really wouldnt know because our football feilds are green and so are our pool tables.
I kinda like Dan Hawkins[ former coach} and really have nothing but pity for some of the other Bronco fans if this He/She is their represenative.
