Bowl games to be available in iTunes

According to Playlist Mag, Fox is planning to make coverage of several bowl games available in the iTunes Music Store for download to your computer and video iPod.

The games include the AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic, the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl, the FedEx Orange Bowl, the Allstate Sugar Bowl and the Tostitos BCS National Championship Game. This marks the first time that Fox Sports has made downloadable content available on the Internet.

Most full-length games will be available for download within 24 hours of a game’s completion. Fox Sports will also produce “Short-Cuts” and “Best of the Bowl Bash” highlight programs at a reduced price.

Great news for we geek fans that who just can't get enough college football.

Too bad they couldn't have made the KS St/Rutgers game available last night. I would have liked to have watched it. What's up with that anyway?!?

Luckily Zac, i have NFL network but quite a few of my friends dont so i understand where you are coming from. I completely agree that a game like that should have been available to more people. I love the idea of being able to put College Football on my ipod. Gives me an excuse to watch more.

    RUKiddinMe?

Well, looks like it already over for Kentucky. There holdin' Clemsom back about as good as a collander can hold water. That there is some kinda defense. Well, that's two down and seven to go.

    RUKiddinMe?

My bad! Looks like I spoke too soon as Clemson is bound and determined to give this one away. Clemson is droppin' the rock like it was a bad habit. No way they beat Kentucky today. Clemson pee-pee'd all over themselves.

Yo Tommy Trojan, you SEC hater. Wish in one hand and spit in the other and see which gets full the quickest. Hope as you might, the SEC is better than you can force yourself to admit.

One can only hope that iTunes will feature more than just the Michigan and Ohio State fanboy creamfest they have obsessed over so far.

Please forgive the bitterness...it's not the schools, it's the unceasing inexcusable HYPE.

Maybe one or two of the other 117 teams can get some love...

As of 1/1 the SEC is 4-3. Has any other conference done any better? Put us down for a win over Notre Dame also.

Randy: Honestly, I didn't want to be the one to tell you this, but, the Big East is 3-0. Even when, not if, LSU beats Notre Dame, and if FL beats OSU, Louisville will beat Wake Forest. That leaves Cincy Vs. W MI. Even if Cincy falters, the Big East will have a better winning percentage in bowls than that of the SEC. On the other hand, I have to give kudos to the SEC for sending 9 teams. There were 32 bowls this year; that's 64 teams. No conference, not even the 16 team Big East has sent 9 teams to the "Big Dance". In a sense, this would be like the SEC sending 9 teams to college football's equivalent. Imagine if the National Champion turns out to be one of them; you SEC guys will have made your case in spades.

ZAC, I'm aware of the Big East record. Guess I was rubbing it in on those Big 10 fans who always resent the SEC being dubbed as the toughest conference.

In retrospect, having sent 9 teams to bowl games, I think that we are holding our on.

It's not worth talking about...the best conference is the SEC, period. I must say that the Big East is rolling hard towards some of the other conference's and has passed a couple. The ACC felt our boot in them this year...here us ? listen....click, clack...click clack.. BAM !

EER10: Search your heart, Luke, you know it be true. The SEC IS the best conference! Question to you: If Vandy succeeded from the SEC, would you want WV to try to get in? Answer honestly.

You know, it took me half this season to figure out why you guys kept calling yourselves 'eers'. No, really, it did.

I didn't expect the LSU/Notre Dame game to be all that close. I did expect it to be closer than it was. Still, you have to give the Irish their due. They fought, clawed, and scraped on every play, right through to the end.

the SEC is the best UGA, LSU, AUBURN, UT, UF, USC (i hate to sya it but spurrier will be good, no SEC title but he will do well), bama will be back soon (sorry war eagle atlanta, you guys still own them on the other hand), im a bigger man than some others on here, and i admit UK is good, they beat us and i thought we would win by 21 but im a big man and i congrat them. ARKANSAS well they are doing really well, and soon, who knows? then you have the every once in a blue moon, ole miss come out and vandy does ok, so top to bottom the SEC is an amazing conference, and will be the best for a long long time, i have no idea why people arguee this.
