Clemson interviews Lane Kiffen

On the heels of reports that the Clemson Tigers have already interviewed Oklahoma DC Brent Venables, comes this little nugget buried in a story about interim head coach Dabo Swinney:

Last Friday, [Athletics director Terry Don] Phillips interviewed fired Oakland Raiders coach Lane Kiffin in Detroit, a source close to Kiffin confirmed Wednesday.

So Kiffen, Venables, and Swinney are all in the mix at Clemson. AD Terry Don Phillips is personally conducting interviews - at least with those who are considered top candidates.

What say you, Tiger Nation? Does Lane Kiffen do anything for ya?
