Fanblogs Open Thread

Why an open thread? Because our fearless leader has stuff to do and the dropoff in content from the scrubs is just too great. Some announcements, please pay attention. Yes, it seems that for the third week in a row, it has taken Yahoo! quite a while to get the pick ems up on the board, much to the chagrin of pre-mature prognosticators everywhere. They are up now, so let's get it on!

Looks like the Live Thread, which has become such a huge hit since we kicked it off, will continue this Saturday and be open for business all day long, regardless of which games you are watching. If you haven't tried it, drop in and drop a line or two with the gang. It's like one big instant message for everyone at the same time, complete with audio and graphics.

In the interest of diversification, it looks like the count of regular female readers on Fanblogs now stands at three, but one of them doesn't have any outward signs of gender, kind of like baby chickens and Kanye West. That still makes the girl/guy ratio high enough to compete with most urban areas in China and quite a few bars in early 90s Atlanta.
