Do we really need to see more about Bobby? The season hasn't even started and he begins his campaign trail to the national championship. Must need positive media attention. The NCAA must have notified him that the nation is beginning to realize what kind of program his players are running!

Boy, what a well-thought out point Blake. Bowden is the winningest football coach in Division 1 history, and a two-time National Champion, but it must be his ability to controls ESPN's programming that got him his own SportsCentury segment. Thanks for enlightening all of us.

Hey Mike, year in and year out I get to hear cry baby Bowden make excuses for his program "If I had a dollar for every excuse", but he never blames himself. Two championships??? He has had more talent come through that program than you can shake a stick at. He had a shot at Back to Back to Back. The first of three the Canes beat UCLA to send them and they lose to Tenn. The second they beat VT. The third they shouldn't have gone to, but after Bobby campaigned and whined "What does head to head play really mean anyway" somehow they skipped over Miami who beat them in regular season and had the same record. This all taking place while using a QB 4 yrs older than the rest of the competition who already played in pro-sports? What a Dynasty! 2 rings out of 5 chances. Three of which while the Canes were on probation. They called the Big East weak for years. Now the Basketball conference gets to see just how weak the Big East was personally.

Bowden is the best coach in history, he took GIRL SCHOOL in the 70s and turned it into a powerhouse, he single-handedly took a stadium from a 15,000 capacity craphouse to one of the most beautiful architechtural buildings I have ever seen. Thats what winning does

The Bowden SportsCentury was very well done. Great insight into what makes this guy tick - namely his ability as a charmer and his resiliency as a football man. A good watch if you're a college football fan!
