2005 Georgetown Schedule
Georgetown opens the season on September 3 in a Patriot League game at Bucknell. The Hoyas travel to Holy Cross for a league game on September 10. Two out-of-conference games follow the first two games.
Brown, of the Ivy League, travels to Washington for a September 17 game while the Hoyas travel to Stony Brook (of the Northeast Conference) for a game on September 24.
The month of October starts out with two home games. Lafayette travels to the Hilltop on October 1 while the Hoyas face Duquesne (of the MAAC) at Harbin Field on October 8. Georgetown faces its second opponent from the Ivy League on October 15 at Cornell. The Hoyas return home for a homecoming game against league foe Fordham on October 22.
A trip to Lehigh on November 5 is the last away game of the season. The Hoyas close the season with a visit from Davidson (of the Pioneer Football League) on November 12 and Colgate on November 19.
