Arkansas beats Texas 38-28

Arkansas came into UT's house as a heavy underdog. They left by pouring salt in an old wound and putting an end to Texas' 20 game home winning streak. The Razorbacks beat the Longhorns 38-28 in front of a shocked crowd of 83,000 plus.
