Florida Turns to Leak

Florida will start true freshman QB Chris Leak against Kentucky on Saturday and Coach Ron Zook said he's scrapping his rotating QB system, relegating Ingle Martin to the bench. There's no doubt in my mind that Leak has plenty of talent and can be a big-time player in the SEC. But in his time so far this season, Leak has also shown some tendencies to lock onto receivers and appeared rattled on occasion (as most any freshman would). Martin didn't do a bad job, either - neither player could get the offense moving against Tennessee last week - but I wonder if Zook now figures that, with two losses already, the Gators should just start playing Leak more so that he'll get the experience, no matter what the outcome this season.

The play of Chris Leak i the 4th Quarter vs. Ole Miss has caused enough traffic at Fire Ron Zook to crash the site.
