After statements over the weekend on the air by the Gameday crew that they'd probably be at the Michigan-Notre Dame game in South Bend,WIS TV reports that ESPN College Gameday will be in Columbia as the South Carolina Gamecocks host the Georgia Bulldogs.

I wonder if this is a reflection of a couple of things.

    1. How poorly Notre Dame performed over BYU Saturday and how they got shallacked last year by Michigan.
    2. South Carolina's domination of Vandy Saturday.
    3. Georgia's scare for a half against Georgia Southern.
    4. Two years ago, SC nearly won this game in SC.

The GameDay Homepage now lists the Georgia v. South Carolina game as its next destination.

This has been quite a competitive game over the past couple of years except for last year's blow out in Athens. Michael is right. Had Andrew Pinnock not fumbled the pitch ('02) he could walked into the end zone though a whole you could have driven a Mack Truck through and the Cocks would have won. We'll give ESPN a good show. Go Cocks!

All the spelling and grammar skills I've come to expect from a UGA fan. Gamecock fans aren't much better either.

Only one anti-Clemson sign at Gameday so far (unlike last time - a Florida vist - when "Clemson Sucks" signs were all over.)

The one sign was slightly more creative than "Clemson sucks" but still lame.
