Meyer: New Florida coach in three years

Tick. Tick. Tick. Urban Meyer hears the clock - he gets it.

"It's alarming," Meyer said after he was introduced as the Gators' new coach Tuesday. "There are situations where the patience level is zero. And it is what it is. You better win, and you better win the right way. The days of building programs are non-existent anymore.

"When you start getting to the Floridas of the world, the pressure increases even more so. You have to win. (In) three years you're going to have a different coach here if I don't win."

Does anyone really believe --with all the lofty expectations already on him & a Peach Bowl team-- that Florida fans are going to give Meyer three years?! Hey, Urban, you better have that team ready & winning on November 12th.
