People are very forgetful , It was just last year that the board of directors at Auburn got down on there bellies and slimbed there way behind his back and tried to hire another coach . The man has alot of class , he didn't make any type of statement about there underhanded actions . He just showed them how good he is .
Those people that knock him and his raise are those spoiled bratts that have lost there dyansty and are bitter , they know who they are and there poor little team in T'town .dave frey says:

We did not hear the same cries when Saban of LSU got his salary raised up to the $2,000,000. mark last year?Kevin Donahue says:

Depending on who tells the story, Auburn FIRED/NEARLY FIRED him just one year ago. Now he's a genius?? The same guy who took a pre-season #1 last year and ran them straight into the dregs of the conference? C'mon, are you really buying that? The man who said the only way he'd would leave Ole Miss is "in a pine box" and bolted to Auburn moments later is now the poster boy for class?
Give me a break. Tuberville is a decent coach, but he's stealing money from Auburn now. They should have spent that cash on a few more JC recruits.

Doesn't the man desire to win championships?
Given the past history (Nebraska in '97, USC last year) --- with a convincing win agains Virgina Tech Auburn would have had a good chance of getting the vote to share the title this year. Instead of playing to win a championship, Auburn chose to play not to lose.
Pathetic.
Auburn drops below Utah, in my opinion...
