Jason Allen plans to enter draft
Tennessee safety Jason Allen plans to enter the NFL draft,
but hasn't hired an agent yet in case he changes his mind. The deadline
for players without an agent to change their mind is January 19, while
those with representation only have until the 15th. Allen received a
second round evaluation from the draft advisory board.
Volunteers head Coach Phil Fulmer and defensive coordinator John
Chavis are expected to visit Allen today at his family's home in
Alabama with the implication being they will try to change his mind.
