Fanblogs joins 9rules Network

I'm very pleased to announce that the college football blog has joined the acclaimed 9rules Network.

For those of you who are not yet familiar with 9rules, the network is a collection of diverse, influential, and visually stunning blogs out there. But --most importantly-- 9rules is dedicated to advancing blogging as a medium. And that made the decision very simple.

When we started Fanblogs what will be three season ago, we did so because college football blogs didn't exist. Today, there are more than three dozen really outstanding college football blogs. In an niche where trash talk forums have traditionally ruled the day, blogs are giving an individual voice to college football fans.

So, while their won't be any significant content or editorial changes, we will be expanding Fanblogs in ways that we never imagined just a couple of years ago. By joining the 9rules Network, we've got a built in support group of experienced bloggers to help guide us.

And the best part - those 9rules bloggers love college football, too!
