USF unveils new road uniforms
You think I make a big deal about uniform changes?
The USF Bulls are having a two-stage unveiling for their new uniforms. Yeah.... Rather than show us the home & away uniforms, today we are honored with a glimpse of the new road unis, and the home unis will come later next week.
(See, I told you I wasn't the only uniform freak!)
The redesigned jersey is part of a new deal with Under Armour and showcases cutting edge fabric technology and comfort. The new style was the brainwork of several members of the USF staff, including head coach Jim Leavitt and head equipment manager Jeremy Lees, as well as the talented design team at UA.
"It's one thing to work on designing a jersey and another to see it in person," said Lees. "We're really happy with the look and the way the USF green pops off the uniform. Our players are excited about the new jersies and I think our fans will embrace the redesign as well."
The new road jerseys features the Bulls emblem below the collar, and gold stripes on either side of the chest plate. The numbers will be "USF Green", outlined in gold and black.
While it's hard to get too excited about road uniforms, the overall look is really quite good. (more pics at GoUSFBulls.com)

Hey, Kevin. What are the chances that perhaps each school's cheer leading squad can pose in the new uniforms, when their school makes uniform changes, that is. Maybe they can make it a fund raiser while their at it. I know. A Wet Uniform Contest!!! Just a thought.
