Well, OK St's a good one. On the other hand, Baylor, Hawaii, PORTLAND ST, not what I'd consider a particularly challenging OOC schedule. Couple that with Stanford & Washington, plus most of the big games are at home, and the Cougars have the potential to come out on top of this schedule in a big way.

Can the "game" against Portland St really be considered a game? Could be just an open date money game, used to fill the stadium. Just a thought.

Yeah, what the hell? There's gotta be a mistake - there's 13 games in this schedule. I think an extra OOC game got stuck in there, because PAC10 teams only get 3, and here there's 4...

99.999% sure that the 13 is correct, as Hawaii has an option from the NCAA to invoke a 13th to assist in generating revenue to offset their travel. Washington is the lucky dog this year.

I could see that, but why should one of Hawaii's opponents get a 13th game? Shouldn't the Rainbows just play 13 teams who each have 12 opponents? I don't know, you're probably right, I guess...

Teams playing outside the Lower 48 are allowed an extra game. My guess is this was designed by the NCAA to help Hawaii with home scheduling. BYU used to play Hawaii at their place every year and I believe this was in order to play an extra game.
